Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the VDB Home website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services Description

VDB Home, operated by VDB FAMILY INVESTMENTS OHIO, LLC, provides professional home remodeling, renovation, and property improvement services in Canton, Ohio and surrounding areas. All services are performed under written agreement with the client.

Estimates and Pricing

• Free estimates are provided based on project scope as described by the client.
• Final pricing may be adjusted if unforeseen conditions are discovered during work.
• Any changes to project scope will be communicated and approved before additional work begins.

Payment Terms

• Payment terms are specified in the service agreement for each project.
• A deposit may be required for larger projects to secure materials and scheduling.
• Final payment is due upon completion and client approval of work.

Warranty

• Workmanship is warranted against defects in materials and installation for the period specified in your service agreement.
• Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are passed through to the client.
• Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, and improper maintenance are not covered.

Limitation of Liability

VDB FAMILY INVESTMENTS OHIO, LLC liability is limited to the value of the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stark County, Ohio.
